There's something really quite special about working with friendors! I had the pleasure of photographing the hard work and planning of this mini styled shoot (thanks to At the Altar Weddings and Events) this past March. The shoot was inspired by rich plum tones and crisp greens and encouraged by the Georgia sun finally poking its head from around thick, winter clouds. I love the way the sun shines through the glass and reflects off the metals! And catch that texture in the chairs (provided by Decor by the Day)!
An aspect of the shoot that I really enjoyed was the invite suite! The stationery was hand watercolored and the specks of gold foil were also delicately applied by hand. I love the way the texture of the deckled edge creates such an interesting shadow! Thanks to Honey Fox Designs for providing those!
And that cake was also a lovely surprise! The same light purple of the tablecloth was the color of the inside of the cake, and blueberries were sprinkled throughout! Yum!
